Blake Moore brings a well-rounded operations and video background to his role leading Idaho State's video department, having previously served as director of football operations at Averett University, a position he took on in July 2021.

A Spokane, Washington native, Moore got his start in college football as a student assistant with Washington State from 2017-19, part of a staff that reached three consecutive bowl games and set the program's single-season win record at 11-2. He also gained valuable video and evaluation experience working with Sports Info Solutions as a football video scout, entering data for NFL and NCAA games and assessing college talent through the organization's "Scout School," along with operations experience with the Spokane Indians minor league baseball club.

Moore graduated from Washington State with a bachelor's degree in sport management and a minor in business, and went on to pursue his MBA from Averett before making the move to Idaho State to lead the Bengals' video operations.
