Idaho State (2025):
Started all 12 games for the Bengals on the offensive line during the 2025 season…Anchored an Idaho State offensive front that ranked first in the FCS in sacks allowed…Helped power an offense that averaged 459.4 yards of total offense per game, including 302.8 passing yards per contest…The Bengals finished the season averaging 6.6 yards per play and converting 46 percent of third-down opportunities…Idaho State totaled 5,513 yards of offense on the year and scored 396 points…Earned PFSN Second Team All-American recognition following the season.

Idaho State (2024): Jake joined the Bengal offensive line in 2024 coming to Idaho State as a transfer from Utah State... Hellmann appeared in 10 games for the Bengals and was a versatile player, changing positions when requested... Against the Sacramento State Hornets on 10/26/2024, Hellmann recorded his first two career tackles off of Bengal turnovers, both unassisted.

JUNIOR COLLEGE
Spent two seasons at College of San Mateo in California... Started all 13 games along the offensive line as a sophomore as he helped the Bulldogs to a 12-1 record and a California Community College Athletic Association state championship... Also helped the team win the NorCal League Championship and the Bay-6 Conference title... Part of an offensive line that averaged 36.2 points and 378.3 yards per game, including 200.9 rushing yards... Helped the Bulldogs to a 10-2 record and an appearance in the Northern California Championship Game during his freshman season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Earned Utah Class 6A honorable mention all-state honors as he was the 6A Offensive Tackle of the Year as a prep senior at Weber (Utah) High School... Started all nine games as he helped the Warriors to a 7-2 record and a region title.
