Jeff Tingey has announced contract extensions for women's volleyball coach
Chad Teichert, men's basketball coach
Bill Evans and women's basketball coach
Seton Sobolewski. All three coaches will be with the Bengals for the next three seasons.
"The success and improvement these coaches have made with their programs has been outstanding," Tingey said. "They have worked extremely hard in building their programs on the court and in classroom. I am excited about the future with these programs and look forward to continued success."
Teichert is the two-time Big Sky Conference Coach of the Year and he led the Bengals to the NCAA tournament this past year for the first time since 1990 by winning the conference tournament at Portland State. He has won 101 matches at ISU, including a program-best 60 Big Sky Conference wins. He is nine wins away from JoAnn Garavaglia's record of 110 from 1975-80.

He became the winningest coach in women's basketball history this past season. He boasts a 100-86 overall record and a 64-40 mark in Big Sky Conference games.
In just two seasons, Evans has improved the program on the court and in the classroom. The Bengals 11 wins during the 2013-14 season was the most by a team since the 2008-09 season. The men's basketball program also had a 3.0 GPA in the classroom for the spring semester. Evans will enter his third season as a Bengal this upcoming year.
