POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's basketball program has announced the signing of Marcus Bradley, a 6-7, 225 pound forward from Highland California. Bradley attended UC Irvine as a freshman and then played at San Bernardino Valley College where he averaged 12.5 points and 7.9 rebounds while leading his team to a 21-9 record. He earned first-team all-league as a sophomore at San Bernardino.
“We are excited to have Marcus join our program,” Idaho State coach
Bill Evans said. “He is a guy that can score the basketball and he will fit in well with our team. We look forward to having him in Pocatello.”
In high school, Bradley was a first-team All-CIF Southern Section 3A player at Corona del Mar High School. He was the Co-MVP of the Pacific Coast League after leading Corona del Mar to a share of the league title. He averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds a game and scored 33 points for a career-high. He had 15 games of 20 or more points and he scored in double figures in 28 of the team's 29 games.
Bradley plans to pursue a degree in kinesiology.
