Norman Named Bengal Athlete of the Week

POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State women's golfer Annie Norman has been named the Bengal Athlete of the Week for her performance last week at the dual meet with Weber State in Ogden. The junior from  Meridian, Idaho, tied for the third best round of golf in program history with an even-par 72. Her score tied her for the individual title with Weber State's Kelsey Chugg.

Norman's 72 was the best round of golf for a Bengal since Arielle Cherry placed second at the Big Sky championships April 19-21, 2004. In her final round she shot a 70.
