POCATELLO, Idaho- Idaho State Athletics is pleased to announce that Idaho Central Credit Union will be the sponsor of the 2012 Big Sky Conference Soccer Tournament. The Bengals are hosting the tournament at Davis Field on Nov. 2 and 4. The other three teams participating in the tournament are Portland State, Montana and Weber State.
"We are grateful for the support of Idaho Central Credit Union and their sponsorship of the conference tournament," Idaho State Director of Athletics
Jeff Tingey said. "We appreciate all that Idaho Central does not only for Idaho State Athletics but for the entire Pocatello community.
Tournament play begins Friday, Nov. 2 with two games. First, No. 2 Portland State will take on No. 3 Montana at 11:30 a.m. followed by No. 1 Idaho State verses No. 4 Weber State at 3p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. the tournament will conclude with the winner from game one going against the winner of game two for the tournament title and the chance to go to the NCAA tournament.
"Idaho Central Credit Union is very proud of the ISU women's soccer team and their opportunity to host the Big Sky tournament," Idaho Central CEO Kent Oram said. "It's a privilege to help support these wonderful athletes."
Tickets for adults are $7, children (12 and under) are $5, seniors are $5, and students with valid IDs from all four institutions are $2.
